| The hotel room was dirty, it had not been dusted, or vaccumed around the walls for sometime. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible, no light in the shower, you will need a flashlight to see. Could be great, but needs to be cleaned well, and better lighting in bathroom. |

| Nice location was in town for court was there with friend and children. Room was freezing upon entry mirror in bathroom was dirty tape on ceiling dust nd dirt on pics and head board and no coffee they brought coffee right away. After taking a shower the next morning found out what dirt was on bathroom mirror a picture of a mans genitals had appeared someone had drawn that was vulger.housekeeper should take more time nd pride in their job. Wont stay there ever again |

| Stayed here in early December. Nice room, updated, comfy, clean. Pool very nice. Staff great. Should def stayed here again instead of way outdated Pullman.

| The hotel is comfortable and clean --as you would expect. But the best reason to chose this hotel is its location. You are just down the street from the University. And you are close to good shopping and restaurants. The best choice if you are visiting Marshall. |

| We wanted a hotel with a pool and hot tub but there was no hot tub. Other than this the hotel was great and they even have free weights in the good size gym area. Good location, comfortable stay, good price! |
