| Everything was going OK until the toilet did not flush on the second night of my stay. Looking into the tank, I discovered human feces in the tank and no water in the tank. I touch the flow valve and the tank filled so we could flush. Pieces of the feces in the tank floated into the bowl. Not a very pleasant experience. |

| Overall a decent hotel. The beds were extremely small and you could hear people talking outside in the hallways or doors slamming all night. The room was very clean but it was hot in the room and the airconditioner was on the whole time. Maybe just needs upgraded. |

| The room is great and comfy. Staffs are helpful. My only complain is that i found a bag of popcorn in front of my door (probably some one left it), but no one cared to clean this up on my stay for a whole day.
The location of the hotel is very good, near to highway and close to malls and restaurants. Anyhow, definitely a good stay. |

| We had an uneventful stay at the Best Western. This is not to say that it was bad. We stayed one night and the room, service, and cleanliness of the BW was excellent. Several restaurants are in the neighborhood and we ate at the bar-b-que one, walking distance. Next time we will eat at the steak restaurant, walking distance also. We needed to walk and drove to the mall. It was very nice and my husband picked up two real bargains. If you are in the area, stay at the BW. We enjoyed it and it was easy access to the highway. |

| I have stayed at this hotel many times and I would recommend it to everyone. The staff was very friendly and courteous, the rooms were extremely clean, the breakfast was very good and the location was great. |

| Hotel was close to all major attractions we wanted to see and visit. Was bummed we didn't get to use the swimming pool-- opens in July, the "fitness room" only has cardio, but was fun with company. Staff was very helpful. There was a little concern with the cleanliness of the room-- toilet seat was dirty and possible bed bugs (I was the only one affected, so it might have been the mosquitoes in the area. ) |

| The hotel was clean and comfrotable, conveniently located on Rt 60 close to the mall where there are stores, movies, resturants. I would recommend this hotel to everyone that is looking fore a vacation or overnite stay. |
