| The Hotel itself was ok, but the staff were not the friendliest. The room was clean, but the toilet had issues where it kept running after flushing and had to keep fiddling with the tank to get it to stop. The hotel lamps were very cheap and the outlets that were a part of the lamps were useless, which left a big shortage of outlets in the room to charge devices. I feel I overpaid for this hotel, especially given the other two places I stayed on his trip that provided more quality & service for less money. Also, request a 6am wake-up call that did not come until 6:30am. Fortunately, I was already up, or I would not have been very happy. |

| The rooms were modern and tastefully furnished. Unfortunately the location is not the greatest for walking around. The staff were polite. The price was unbeatable though. |

| very clean and comfy! would deff stay again!! only complaint is when we arrived they had our room booked for the wrong night and the hotel was sold out due to a concert. we got the last room available, was king bed but non-smoking. |

| While we were overall pleased with our stay at the Best Western Charleston Plaza Hotel, I must say that our room could have been a bit cleaner; namely, the bathroom. The shower curtain was torn in places and there were smear-type marks on the wall near the handle in the shower. The corners of the room were also dirty and under the toilet paper dispenser was an accumulation of dirt and dust. |

| Both guests were very happy with the staff. Everyone was helpful to them from the front desk to the rest of the staff. The location was ideal because they were working close by at another hoetel. |

| Adequately furnished, and located in the center of Charleston.
Breakfast was an extra that had ample selection, including fresh fruit, waffles, biscuits, bacon, and cereal. |

| Nice room all the way around. Up and down Washington to the Mt, Stage venue, couldn't get lost. New mattress and bedding, very comfortable for the price. |
